Win Presents on Role of Attorney at Captive Immersion Program

Attorney Zaw Win will be a speaker at the annual VCIA conference

At its 2019 annual conference, the Vermont Captive Insurance Association (VCIA) will host an afternoon of educational sessions designed to familiarize individuals who are new to the captive industry on the key services that are needed during the captive feasibility study, formation and management of a captive. These services include legal, auditing, management, actuarial, investments, and captive regulation. Industry experts from these service areas will give newcomers a complete sense of the various components and their importance in the overall captive picture. DRM Director Zaw Win will present on the Role of the Attorney, helping program participants to know essentially how and when to engage the services of an attorney and to understand the roles and responsibilities of legal service providers.
