Seeking Highly Collaborative Marketing and Business Development Professional | Burlington, VT

Downs Rachlin Martin PLLC (DRM) is seeking a highly collaborative marketing and business development professional to join our team as Manager of Marketing and Business Development. Working closely with our attorneys and COO, you will develop and implement a brand and marketing strategy that differentiates the firm from its competition, with an emphasis on digital marketing, content distribution, SEO and social media. You will oversee our marketing department. The successful candidate will be a confident, energetic self-starter with a high level of engagement and a collaborative style of leadership. The ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects is essential.  An individual with a  track record of success with digital marketing is highly desirable.

Downs Rachlin Martin PLLC is seeking to fill the position of Legal Secretary in our Burlington, Vermont office in our challenging and fast-paced Real Estate and Energy & Telecommunications Practice Groups. Qualified candidates will have a college degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience), and possess a minimum of three years relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail oriented, possess excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with staff, paralegals and attorneys with a professional demeanor.
