Litigation associate with a cosmopolitan, contemporary perspective to conflict resolution.

Samantha Lednicky is an experienced civil litigator with experience settling cases in state and federal court. She tried and obtained a favorable verdict in her first bench trial. She has successfully negotiated numerous favorable settlements for her clients at court ordered mediations. Her practice is primarily focused on insurance defense, negligence, breach of contract, products liability, personal injury, and collections matters. Prior to joining DRM, Samantha was a law clerk at the District of Vermont U.S. Attorney’s Office, where she gained inside knowledge of the federal court system in Vermont. She brings with her the experience of working with judges, federal prosecutors, public defenders, and private attorneys.
