Kimberly Hayden to Present on 248 Permitting at REV Conference
Kimberly K. Hayden, a director at the law firm Downs Rachlin Martin PLLC, will present on the topic Navigating the Vermont Section 248 (Certificate of Public Good) Permitting Process at the Renewable Energy Vermont (REV) Conference and Expo 2011 on Wednesday, October 12 at the Sheraton Hotel and Conference Center in Burlington. Ed McNamara of the Vermont Public Service Board will moderate the session.
