Burlington Attorney James Haug Addresses Risk Management Symposium

Attorney James R. Haug Jr., a member of the Captive Insurance Group of the law firm Downs Rachlin Martin PLLC in Burlington, Vt., presented Legal Malpractice Claims: Trends and New Developments at the Winter 2012 Risk Management Symposium of MPC Insurance, Ltd., a Vermont-licensed carrier owned by nine large national and international law firms. The symposium was held February 7 in San Francisco, with participants also attending remotely from New York City, Pittsburgh, Philadelphia and Minneapolis.
