(Brattleboro) Marcia J. Letourneau of Brattleboro has been awarded the Diane R. Lynch Distinguished Service Award at Downs Rachlin Martin PLLC (DRM). The award is given annually to a former or current employee who has demonstrated the loyalty, dedication, energy, drive, selflessness, good nature, humor and commitment that Diane Lynch exemplified in her years with the firm. The winner was announced at the firm’s annual holiday dinner, held this month at the Stoweflake Resort and Conference Center.
Letourneau began her career as an office clerk in DRM’s St. Johnsbury office, a position she held for two years before becoming the receptionist. She moved to Brattleboro in 1993 and has worked as the receptionist in DRM’s Brattleboro office since that time. In addition to being the face and the voice visitors and callers first encounter, Letourneau handles a wide variety of office management responsibilities.
A native of Danville, Letourneau is a 1982 graduate of Danville High School. Before joining DRM, she worked as a secretary at Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital in St. Johnsbury. She has two children, Adam and Jacob Wilkins, who also live in Brattleboro.

She was named office manager in 1976 and personnel and administrative manager in 1983. She passed away on November 29, 2000, shortly before the first Diane R.
