DRM Intellectual Property Team Launches Blog with Business Focus
February 14, 2012
(Burlington) The Intellectual Property Law Group at Downs Rachlin Martin PLLC has launched a blog, The IP Stone: Deciphering Intellectual Property Law for Business, to address practical business questions and engage readers in conversations related to patents, trademarks, trade secrets and other forms of intellectual property rights.
“How well a business’s intellectual property assets, developed through innovation and creativity, are managed, protected, enforced and commercialized can have a major impact on the success of the business,” said Lawrence Meier, chair of DRM’s Intellectual Property Group. “Through our blog, we hope to engage in meaningful conversations with people who seek practical information about intellectual property law and who enjoy innovative ways of looking at current issues and topics related to IP.”
DRM’s IP team consists of eight attorneys (including five registered patent attorneys) and two paralegals who focus exclusively in the area of intellectual property, as well as four trial lawyers who have handled significant trademark, patent, trade secret and copyright litigation in state and federal courts throughout New England and in other states.
