From health care to environmental issues to transportation, DRM clients enjoy their own window on the world of legislative issues. Clients and DRM staff identify bills of interest to individual clients, and their private portal provides up-to-date information. Our system routinely synchronizes with state databases and updates client files every few hours.

• House and Senate daily journals
• Weekly reports by the DRM Legislative Team: 
• Custom bill tracking matrix
• Bill identification by number and subject: 
• Up-to-date bill status reports 
• Summary of recent activity

DRM’s Billtracking Extranet keeps clients and lobbyists on the same page. We provide:

• Position: A concise summary of your position on the bill. From “Priority Support” to “Priority Oppose” clients and DRM professionals share instant recognition of their position on a bill.
• Comments: It’s never black and white. This field allows comments by our clients and  team, more carefully defining their position on a bill.
• Recent Activity: Bills shown in a darker than normal color are new or have experienced activity within the last legislative day. Bills shown in a lighter than normal color have experienced activity within the past 5 legislative days.
• Print tool for the matrix: Need to summarize the bills you’re tracking? DRM’s Billtracking Extranet allows you to integrate the latest bill tracking matrix into excel, Word and other software. Perfect for your Monday morning meeting.

Access to the system is limited to clients of the DRM Government Affairs Group. Each client is provided with a unique Username and Password, enabling access to client-specific content based on the latest information available to Vermont lawmakers and DRM lobbyists. To obtain your initial username and password, and to change passwords, please contact Lucie Garand.
