As the litigation support manager for DRM, Mary Dichard provides technical and functional support to the Litigation Practice Group through the use of Summation® litigation support software. Mary’s mastery of this specialized application ensures the effective use of technology in managing litigation cases, especially in complex cases involving voluminous documents and documents in varying media/formats. She works with attorneys and paralegals to determine the use of technology that will best support our clients’ cause.
A Summation® certified trainer, Mary trains attorneys, paralegals and other support staff in the use of Summation®. Mary also acts as a liaison between the Litigation Group and the firm’s Information Systems Group and acts as the systems administrator for Summation.
In addition, Mary is a litigation paralegal, assisting with all aspects of fact investigation, discovery and trial preparation.
Community Involvement
Mary served as a troop leader for the Girl Scout Council of Vermont.
