Based in the St. Johnsbury office, Linda Drinkwater has more than 30 years of experience in estate and trust administration. She joined the firm as a paralegal in November 1993. Linda assists the executor/administrator/trustee in administering all aspects of the estate, prepares all required probate documents and forms, including accountings, and prepares estate tax returns. On the estate planning side, she works with attorneys in drafting estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney for property and advance directives for healthcare and prepares gift tax returns.
Professional Activities
Before joining DRM, Linda was a consultant to the Northfield Savings Bank trust department in Northfield, Vt. Previously, she was the trust officer of Citizens Savings Bank and Trust Company in St. Johnsbury, Vt., where she managed the trust department for ten years. She also served as clerk of the Caledonia District Probate Court for nearly four years.
