Joseph F. Daschbach, an accomplished trial lawyer and former judge, focuses his practice exclusively in the areas of mediation and arbitration. Trained and certified as a New Hampshire Superior Court Rule 170 mediator in 1990, Joe has handled more than one hundred mediations and arbitrations for the Superior Court system and privately. He is an active member of the New Hampshire Superior Court Alternative Dispute Resolution Panel and also serves on the panel of the National Arbitration Forum.
Since 1968, Joe has tried numerous cases in the New Hampshire state and federal courts and more recently in Vermont. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury matters and has litigated employment, construction, contract, real estate and probate cases, including will contests and suits to remove executors, trustees and guardians for breach of their fiduciary duties.
Joe earned certification as a civil trial lawyer from the National Board of Trial Advocacy.
Joe served as a New Hampshire District Court Judge for 25 years. He has received Martindale-Hubbell’s AV® peer rating, the highest rating attainable, for many years.
