Jodi J. LaMarche focuses her family law practice in the areas of divorce and civil union dissolution, parentage actions, child support issues, and post-judgment modifications and enforcement. She works closely with clients to accurately and effectively communicate their concerns and goals in striving to obtain a fair and equitable resolution on their behalf. In cases involving children, she works diligently to resolve matters so that their best interests are served.
Professional Activities
As a law student, Jodi completed a summer internship at the New Hampshire Department of Children, Youth and Family and assisted at Pierce Law’s Criminal Law Clinic and Administrative Law Clinic, where she was the lead advocate at an evidentiary hearing and argued an appeal before the appellate board. Jodi completed an externship at DRM in April 2008.
