Practice Focus
Wayne Young has represented clients charged with complex crimes in the state and federal trial courts. He has been counsel of record in more than 25 jury trials in the California Municipal and Superior Courts, the Federal District Courts for the Central District of California and the District of Vermont, and the Vermont District Court.
Wayne has also represented clients on appeal in the state and federal appellate courts. He has been counsel of record in more than 100 appellate matters in the California Court of Appeals, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Hawaii Supreme Court, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, the Vermont Supreme Court and the United States Supreme Court.
Wayne joined Daschbach, Csatari & Young, PLLC one year before that firm joined with DRM, having previously practiced for almost 30 years with law firms in Honolulu, Hawaii; San Francisco and Santa Monica, Calif., and Woodstock, Vt.

Wayne has obtained not guilty verdicts in several state and federal criminal trials. He has also obtained reversals in several criminal and habeas corpus appeals in the state and federal appellate courts.
Community Involvement
Wayne is the color commentator for the radio broadcasts of Dartmouth College football games.
