Tracy Bickford is a paralegal in DRM’s Lebanon office. Her practice concentrates in estates and trusts with an emphasis on settling estates through probate administration. Using skills and experience obtained over 12 years in the area of probate administration, Tracy works under the direction of a supervising attorney to settle both simple and complex estates. She also assists clients with trust administration. She gives each client personal attention, focusing on details and ensuring that all court and tax deadlines are met so that a decedent’s estate is settled as smoothly and quickly as possible.
Tracy worked as a probate paralegal for Daschbach, Csatari & Young, PLLC (DCY) and its predecessor for 10 years before that firm joined with DRM in 2007. Prior to her work with DCY, she worked as a legal assistant for 10 years, giving her more than 20 years experience in the legal field. Tracy enjoys working closely with clients to meet their needs, as well as working with the financial institutions, attorneys and accountants involved in settling a decedent’s estate.
Community Involvement
While raising three children with her husband, Tracy is active in her community. She has served as a youth sports coach and ski instructor through the Lebanon Recreation Department and Lebanon Outing Club; she has served as a classroom volunteer and member of 2006 LHS Project Graduation Committee in the Lebanon School District; she has served on the refreshments committee for the Skip Matthews Annual Road Race/Walk f/b/o brain tumor research at Norris Cotton Cancer Center. Tracy is an active member of the West Lebanon Congregational Church, serving previously as Sunday School teacher, chairwoman for the Christian Education Board and chairwoman for the Missions & Social Action Board. She presently serves as treasurer for the church’s Deacon Board.
