Mari advises clients on business formation and operation, commercial real estate transactions, commercial financing and mergers and acquisitions.

A sample of recent transactional work includes:
Led a team of DRM professionals performing due diligence for a market-leading telecommunications infrastructure company in its contemplated acquisition of assets situated throughout the United States. Mari organized the enormous project and monitored the work product to ensure that a consistent and high-quality product was delivered to the client within an extremely tight timeframe. She also provided daily progress reports to the client.
Represented a major wireless telecommunications provider in its leasing operations in Vermont, New Hampshire and northern Massachusetts, including representation at local planning and zoning public hearings
Assisted a major energy supply company in a $100,000,000 private placement
Represented a California-based specialty footwear business in the sale of substantially all of its assets
Represented a major petroleum distributor in a $27,000,000 credit facility
Community Involvement
Before law school, Mari was an assistant women's basketball coach at NCAA Division I Colgate University. Mari played NCAA Division I basketball at the University at Buffalo from 1997-2001 and was voted Team Captain from 1999-2001 and Most Valuable Player in 2001.
Publications/Presentations
Mari provides bi-annual presentations regarding choice of entity and other legal considerations to a local non-profit organization designed to foster women’s economic independence by giving them the skills necessary for entrepreneurial success.
