Linda M. Copson brought more than 22 years of progressively complex experience in business management to the role of Financial Director at DRM when she joined the firm in 2006. Areas of developed expertise include financial management, financial analysis, budget development and management, cost management, computer systems evaluation and development and operations management. Previously employed by a multi-national manufacturer of electrical connectors and installation tooling, she also led an effort to establish financial management and reporting relationships between the United States and Mexico. She has applied skills she developed in the manufacturing world to the practice of law and the financial aspects of running an increasingly complex regional law firm.
Professional Activities
Participates in the DataCert New York City Law Firm Best Practices Group. The group is focusing on developing industry best practices for electronic billing.
