David Sylvester represents a variety of institutional clients in corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and real estate leasing arrangements. He is also active in representing parties in secured financings.
In addition to his legal practice, David is the firm's recruiting director, and he is vice-chair of the firm's Business Law Group.

Community Involvement
David serves as an account ambassador for the United Way of Chittenden County. He also participates as a member of the development committee of the Lund Family Center in Burlington.
