David Sylvester represents a variety of institutional clients in corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and real estate leasing arrangements. He is also active in representing parties in secured financings.
In addition to his legal practice, David is the firm's recruiting director, and he is vice-chair of the firm's Business Law Group.
